Hi, my roommate and I are looking for somebody to be our third roommate and sublease the third room in our duplex. Preferably females 18-22. My roommate and I are college students. We are easy going, friendly people who would prefer somebody that didn't have any cats or dogs, was clean, nice, and liked to have fun. Rent in $400 including parking in the back. The house just got new windows put in. We have two living rooms, a dining room, one full bath, kitchen, balcony, washer and dryer, and the room we are subleasing has the biggest closet.
