Great condition: I was the first to live in this highly functional living space since it was recently renovated. Because I only lived in there from June 1 to the present I haven't really had a chance to leave much of a "footprint" behind.
Utilities included: The unit includes heat, gas, and water in the rent.
New appliances: The unit comes with a new oven, refrigerator, and energy efficient, remote controlled, air conditioning unit.
Great layout: The unit has 2 big windows, one in the living room and one in the bedroom. The bathroom and kitchen are near the entrance. My living room could easily fit a couch, chair with footrest, coffee table, office desk, bookshelf and TV.
Awesome location: This apartment is on the first floor facing Farwell Ave. This provides for a relatively easy move-in location and a nice view of the street so you can see what's going on. (Blinds are included on all windows for privacy.) Apartment building is within walking distance of a variety of bars and restaurants, a tanning salon, Walgreens, CVS, Starship, Exclusive Company, Starbucks, and FedEx Office (Kinko's).
I'm truly going to miss this place... The only reason I'm moving out is because a career change has required I relocate. Up until this recent change, I had plans to stay at this place for a few years, but life is full of curveballs!
