I am moving out and need to sublet my room in a two bedroom apt. The building is walking distance to Brady St and North Ave. Buses run right outside the front door. The location is very convenient; however, the best part about this apartment is the spectacular panoramic views of Lake Michigan. I wish I didn’t have to leave this place because I know I will never find anything as nice and ridiculously affordable!!
