I am subleasing out my room in a 4 bedroom house shared with three other girls. The girls all go to UWM and are very friendly. Unfortunately I have to move home at semester for family reasons. The rent would be $307 a month that includes water. There is on-site laundry in the basement and parking in the back of the house.
