I recently had an accepted offer on a house, so I need someone to sublet Jan-June. I live in an 1 bedroom plus apartment with eat in kitchen. Its a really nice location - close to Brady St., Water St., 8 blocks from the lake, 4 blocks from Cathedral Square and everything else downtown. A great spot for student or professional. You would have to meet the landlord and have a credit check run.
My rent is $765 a month. Water and Heat are NOT included.
