Hey, we are looking for a female around the ages of 18-22 to live in our house with us. We live on Oakland. Our ideal roommate would be someone who didn't have any pets, liked to go out and have fun, someone who is clean, nice, got along with people, and is able to pay rent on time. My roommate and I are both fun, friendly people who get along with mostly anyone. We both go to school in Milwaukee and there are bus stops near us if needed.
We live on the upper flat, there is a balcony for smokers (no smoking inside house,) 2 parking spots in back that are included in rent, 2 living rooms, a dining room, kitchen, one full bathroom, a washer and dryer in the basement, and the area is safe. The house is really nice for what it is worth for rent. Cable/internet, energies are not included, but it is not expensive for splitting 3 ways. If you are interested, email asap.
