I would like to sublease my room of a one bed apartment, which is located at Frederick and Belleview, very close to the UWM campus. It's very spacious and clean, with internet access and heating . I live in the living room and the rent is 270/month. Our lease is from July 2009 to June 2010. If you would like to live there after June 2010, you can renew the contract. My roommate is a pretty nice, neat and kind girl. She lives in the bed room. I love that apartment very much and I am reluctant to move out. But my mother will come in winter and stay for a while. It is too crowded for 3 people. You can move in at any time.
