Role description:<br>
The demand planner is responsible for owning, modeling, developing, and analyzing the “bottoms up” unit forecast for product codes in the demand planner’s assigned BU. The demand planner is aligned (i.e. embedded) to a BU and interacts closely with the BU product managers and corresponding sales planners. •	3 - 5 years experience working in a software QA environment following a CMM model for software development. . <br>

•	3+ years experience with Microsoft products, including, Word, Excel, Visio, Access, SQL Server, or other database software. <br>

• Assist in recruiting resources required to implement the project plan. Assign individuals to sub-tasks. Effectively communicate and align expectations. <br>
• Run reports, monitor programs and, when necessary take corrective action to align actual with budget. <br>
• Ensure that quality assurance reviews are conducted in accordance with the project plan. <br>

Anadarko Industries is looking to hire a full time, salaried employee with full benefits.<br>
<br>
Customer: 1-3 year contract with the U.S. Army80th Training Command, Training Center<br>
<br>
The employee will adhere to and provide state-of-the-art IT  related technical and maintenance support services to the 80th Training Command and its subordinate units:<br>
<br>
	a. Continuous sustainment of the current 80th Training Command, Training Center Operations<br>
	b. Conduct maintenance support on the 80th Training Command Training Center hardware and software <br>
	     supporting the training mission.<br>
	c. 80th Training Command hardware and software classroom interface issues as needed.<br>
	d. Develop solutions for software interface / interoperability of POI required hardware systems<br>
<br>
Software Modifications <br>
<br>
The employee shall make software modifications to existing systems as directed by the 80th Training Command Information Management Officer (COR) or their designee.  The employee shall test and debug software and firmware as required, demonstrating that any modifications performed have no adverse impact on other software applications.<br>
<br>
The Employee shall provide information on system capabilities and limitations.  The Employee shall also provide mission support services to ensure efficient, continuous operation of 80th Training Command personnel.  This support includes but is not limited to the following: Training Center help desk operations, workstation configuration and installation, router, hub and switch installations, network cabling installation and termination, servers with Windows Active Directory, Windows operating systems, Linux Operating Systems, DOS, remote troubleshooting and systems maintenance.  The Employee will also be an active participant in vulnerability compliance as directed by the 80th COR or their designee.<br>
<br>
The Employee shall prepare and present technical briefings with supporting aids when  required.<br>
<br>
The Employee shall provide final approved documents and software products on a magnetic media or electronic mail.  The documentation (source and object code) shall be relinquished to the COR in hard copy format and on magnetic media acceptable to the government.  The type of magnetic media will be agreed upon by the Employee and the COR.<br>
<br>
Hardware/Software Environment <br>
<br>
The task under this contract will utilize the following suite of hardware and software:<br>
<br>
	- Intel based workstations, laptops, and file servers Windows Server 2003 and Active Directory<br>
	- Desktop and laptop operating systems ranging from DOS, Linux, Windows XP<br>
	- Microsoft Office application (2000, XP, 2003 & 2007)<br>

Hardware/Network Equipment <br>
<br>
The following hardware depicts the diverse hardware platforms throughout the 80th Training Command’s mission area of responsibility.  It is not inclusive:  Dell servers, MPC Servers, MPC SANs, Dell SANs, Cisco routers and switches, Enterasys Switches, microcomputers: Dell, HP, Compaq, Toshiba, IBM, Lenovo, MPC, Panasonic, etc.<br>

Operating Systems/Network Operating Systems <br>

The following depicts the diver’s operating system platforms in the USAR.  It is not all-inclusive: UNIX, Linux, MS/DOS, Windows NT, Windows XP, as well as Cisco.<br>

Software Packages <br>
<br>
Microsoft Office 2000 / 2003 Office Suite and other Microsoft products to include: Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, FrontPage, Project, SQL, SMS, Exchange, RAS, RLAS, RADIUS, DNS, DHCP, WINS, NT and Windows XP.  Many software packages have been developed by the government will also be supported.  A non-inclusive list of other software includes:  What’s up Gold, Symantec Anti-Virus, Corporate Edition, Norton Ghost, and Veritas Backup Exec.<br>
<br>
Security<br>
<br>
Efforts under this contract will require a security clearance up to the SECRET level for contracted personnel.  Personnel shall be a cleared U.S. Citizen.  The Employee shall ensure that personnel have the proper security clearance prior to performing any effort on this task order.  No classified work will be performed on this order until the DD 254 is incorporated, which will be done at a later date by modification.<br>
<br>
The Employee will be required to travel within a regional area as required by the mission.<br>
<br>
This contract is for an IRM Analyst-Journeyman and requires a minimum of 12 months documented, relevant work experience in a technical field.  Technical certifications (CISSP, CCNA, MCSE, MCP, A+, Network+) are not required but are highly desirable.<br>
