Personally i am a dork. Most of my free time is spent doing dork-ish things. Fixing computers, cars, cooking or just reading random information online. I also like going out and just wandering around. I get along with girls usually better then i do guys, but generally i get along with everyone.

I have worked at a local hospital for five years and am going to school at MATC for nursing. I work second shift and have classes during the day. Basically, I am not home very much. The ideal roommate candidate would be a college grad, non-smoker, no drugs and no pets... and no felonies :)

The timeframe to rent an apartment/ condo would between August 1st thru 15th. I prefer a 12 month lease, but would be open to 6 or 9 month agreement as well. As for me, I'm 23 years old, continuing my studies in biology and chemistry--but let me tell you, I had a tough time deciding on a major. My other interests include learning languages (Spanish, German, Persian, Italian), reading widely, and generally being creative--cooking, sewing, making jewelry. I have a piano, although I've left off playing in recent years. As a friend, I'm considerate and understanding, and as a roommate, the same. I like a clean house (which is not to say that my room won't be messy), and I highly value fairness. No smokers, please, unless you'll only smoke outside, and no heavy partiers.

I've called around, and most of the flats in the Alverno area are going for about $650 a month, which includes only water. If all other utilies (gas, electricity, Internet) are about $150 a month, the rent would be about $400 per person. If you've found something better, let me know.
