For starters I am a 21 year old female who currently lives in Muskego and is looking to move back to the city this fall. Im a huge sports fan and love going to watch Packer, Brewers, Bucks games. I do plan on going back to school next semester.


The 350 amount is just a rough estimate of what I would like to spend on rent. I am pretty open to checking out different places. I am a somewhat clean person but not totally anal about it. It would be nice for the place to look decent most of the time. Male or female roommate doesnt matter- I would prefer someone between the ages of 20-25. I am open to pets also. Drinking is alright. - During the school year I'm a full-time student and a part-time worker. I work at the Academic Support Center in MATC Oak Creek as Student Tutor. I tutor students in English
(writing in particular), Social Science, Psychology, and just a pinch of math. I spend much of my time outside school reading books and writing, so if you're also a student, I could
help you out with your homework free of charge, provided I'm not doing it myself at the time.

- I'm rarely noisy and strongly dislike arguments that involve yelling and the throwing of objects. I'm a human; not an animal. I won't fling my excrement as long as you don't fling yours.

- I've worked a while to save up my money and I can guarantee I'll pay the rent on time, every time.

- I don't condemn. I don't have any preference of a person I want to live with: gay, straight, paraplegic, or Fallout Boy fan.

- I was a janitor, so I don't minde cleaning bathrooms.

Alright...now we come to the Cons:

- I have a license, but not a car, so the only set of wheels I have are the ones on my red Magna bicycle. I'd prefer to move in with you if you had a room in Cudahy or South Milwaukee (note, not south of Milwaukee. South Milwaukee, 53172), or even Oak Creek. Once again, I DON'T HAVE A CAR, so if you live in Milwaukee, West Allis, or Waukesha, I can't move in. I'm a full time student at MATC Oak Creek Campus, and I'd prefer not
to ride anywhere that'd take longer than 45 minutes to go by bicycle.

- If you're still reading, it means you're probably still a good match. Good, good. I'm not very organized. I don't spill my food all over the carpet or forget to flush, but I'm not the most organized person regarding my own room or putting things where they belong. If it annoys the hell out of you when someone leaves a plate out or occasionally leaves magazines on the floor, I might not be the guy for you. For the most part I clean up after myself, and
if you're not anal-retentive about daily cleaning protocol, we'll work out fine.

- Sometimes I come home very late. I rarely come home drunk, and I'm not noisy, but I come home late.

- On the occasion I smoke marijuana. If you don't want me to smoke it in the house I'll obey your wishes.

She is also very UNFAIR regarding rules etc. The same rules for me do not apply to her. Getting her to buy toilet paper is like pulling teeth. We just got our cable shut off. I paid my share to her, where did that money go? lol I rarely get to SEE the monthly bills, its more of a guessing game with her. If I'm paying something, it would be cool to actually read it. First and foremost I would like to start by giving a brief background of me and my situation. I refrained from using my name due to identity purposes. I am a female thats 18 and homeless. It all started in 04’ when my mother became heavy on drugs. She abandoned me. She was in and out my life time and time again, but she stayed in jail and out in the streets. From then on, I have been from shelter to group home and so fourth. I thought going to a group home would be best for me; but my mother always manage to get me back home and then put me back in the street. Not to long after the group home life I turned 18, in which group homes, and foster care became out of the question; due to my age. Now I’m here 9 months after my 18th birthday, and I have lived in over 10 different home in between 2 different states. Although I am homeless I try to lead a pretty normal life because I refuse to end up on someone's corner begging for money. I work and attend school to ensure that I will get somewhere in life. I wake up everyday in a different house, and it’s pretty sad when I have a promising future ahead of me. I have tried so hard to get in to shelters but yet everyone is full. I tried living with family and friends but everyone has an over occupied home. I have even tried rentin my own place,but dont make enough.

I am here looking for a home not just something temporarily. I know this is not the best place to look but I have to start somewhere. I don’t ask to much because I am more than grateful with the little I receive, but I don’t want to end up back in this situation. I would love to live with a family. One that is stable and I don’t have to worry about getting evicted. I would like to live with a family that have children because I am very friendly and love to interact with others my age. I would like to have my on room, I have reached that age in which I require a little privacy. I am just really looking for the family I never had. I will be attend UW-Milwaukee this upcoming fall so i'm am looking for a stable home prior to the start of school!

my name is angela. i cook vegan but i don't care if you do the whole meat thing; i just won't want to do your dishes :) i like bikes and would ideally like to live in a bikeable part of town; i don't know the city very well, so let me know. i do have a car and i would like a place to park it. i am decidedly "420-friendly" and i do enjoy beer, but i'm not a sloppy drunk mess all day by any means. i've been laying off the cigarettes lately but i don't mind being around them if you smoke. my room will probably always be messy, but i'm very good about keeping common areas clean. i have never, ever, EVER missed a rent payment and i can provide many roommate references if you so desire. i do not have any pets; i'm very pro-pets though and i will probably love your pet as long as it doesn't pee on and/or eat all of my things. the cheaper, the better. i don't need a lot of space, but i do want my own bedroom.

I am looking for an apartment or flat this coming year. This will be my first semester at UWM going for business, I think? Odds are it will change at least 2 times over the next couple years. I am looking for work in that area now and have a couple different places I think I have a decent shot at getting a job. Plan on working like 15-25 hours a week depending on how school goes.

I would prefer a house, with off street parking included (not required but parking is expensive otherwise) 2,3,4 bedroom doesnt matter to me. prefer walking distance to campus as well if possible. Honestly would prefer female roomates but not a dealbreaker. 450 a month is on the higher end for rent depending what is included but would like something for 350-400 area.

A little about me....I work full time during the week, I just graduated college so I am in search of a job right now. I am extremely respectful and responsible with paying bills on time. I would like to pay somewhere between 400 and 450 a month and would like it if some of the utilities are included but I am not too picky. I love to listen to music, spend time outside, watch and play sports, work out, go shopping, hang out with my friends and just relax in my free time. I do not have any animals and I am very allergic to cats so I would not be able to live with one, dogs are usually ok with me. I usually go out about 2 times a week but I never have a lot of friends over or have a party at my house, I prefer going out to the bars.
