I have 5 acres of meadows- lightly wooded undeveloped land for lease in Lublin Wisconsin on the southern border of Taylor County. I'm planning on having a 50ft drive put in so you'd have somewhere to park a camper, truck,or trailer. There is the North Fork of the Eau Claire River running through the property and abundant wildlife. A few old ATV trails wind through the property and there are many trails in the 1000's of acres of state forest surronding the land. There is good fishing just about 10 minutes from the land. There is no electricity or water, but you can get clean water in Lublin (5 minutes away) Also I don't have any pictures of the land on the computer. I'd like to lease the land anytime from now until the end of september. I'm asking 100/month but I could do $300 for now until the end of september.
