Ok here's the situation. My roommate has become pregnant (not by me) and as long as she carries to term, my guess is she will have to move out as her room isn't quite big enough for her and a baby unless she gets rid of some of her pets. I'll have her room cleaned before you would move in, no worries.

Anywho, depending on if she carries to term and if she decides to move out I will need a roommate by September if not a little earlier. The reason why I'm posting this now, is because I would like to get to know my possible new roommate before allowing them to move in so I will know they are trusting and such. Now there are no guarentees that you'll be my roommate as I won't know what's going to happen until sometime early next year. I just want to make sure we click as friends so that we have a good friendship/roommate relationship. I would prefer someone around my age (27). I don't care what shift you work as long as you work and are able to pay rent and the bills. I don't care if you're male or female, gay, bi, or straight. However I don't want anyone with children as there is no extra room. If you're in a relationship and wish for your significant other to move in as well, then everything will be split three ways. Rent and bills need to be handed in ON-TIME. I will write the checks for the Time Warner & We Energies bill. You must hand me the cash for those two bills when they are due. Rent you can either hand to me in cash or write your own check. You will also sign the lease if you are approved. If you're interested I will need your full name and birthdate as I will do some background checks as well. Now for what's included and whatever else.

- The apartment is located in Oak Creek right off the freeway with easy access, 10 minutes or so from Downtown and plenty of shopping around. Woodmans close by too.

- It is a two bedroom/two full bath upper. Bedroom is 11x 13

- Central Air/Heat (not included in rent and ranges from $48-$60/mo between the two of us, as every six months they adjust and it goes up and then comes back down.

- Internet (top speed/wireless)/Cable (like 150 or so channels) (no land line) (not included in rent and is around $50 bucks a month) There is a cable hookup in the second bedroom and works either via a regular cable or you can pay the extra fee for an extra box)

- Prefer no pets, but will consider 1 or 2 DECLAWED cats or small WELL trained small dog. You will be responsible for the extra deposit and any other fees associated with having a pet in the apartment

- You will have the garage as your parking space since I have the room with the balcony. With having the garage and the garbage pick up is made by the garages you will be in charge of taking the garbage out while I am in charge of vaccuming the "public" areas. - You will have your own room closet and a hallway linen closet as well.

- There is some space in the garage for storage otherwise the room that hosts the water heater is open for space (unless I can get the washer/dryer working)

- Rent around Sept next year will be about 430 a month per person (depending on how much the raise it next year) If you move in earlier then it will be 417.50 until Sept. Also you will have to pay a security deposit of 275 or so (plus any extra if you bring a pet in)

The "public" areas are furnished. I do have a couch, TV and a kitchen table and dishes. You are welcome to bring your own dishes to add to the mix (we can seperate the dishes too)

What: I have a room in a 2-bedroom apartment (Shoreline property). We�d be splitting rent ($497.50 each), electric (about $12 each) + internet (about $21 each; no cable) = just over $530. It�s a gorgeous sunny, spacious 4th floor apt. with hardwood floors and a bay window with lake/sunrise view (your bedroom has same view). No AC, but no need with the breeze. The place is fully furnished except for your room. There�s a lot for $85/mo. but I buy a cheap street parking pass and never have trouble finding a spot. Coin-op laundry is in the basement.

Where: Awesome location on the lower east side @ corner of Ogden & Farwell. It�s just off the lake and bike path and a short walk to Summerfest, downtown or up to Brady/North Ave. Bus route 30 stops just outside.

When: You�d move in anytime between now and end of March (you�d be signing onto the lease, wouldn�t be a sublet) and stay at least through March 2011. My plans after that are uncertain.

It is a very spacious charming apartment with views of the lake and Milwaukee�s Skyline; or lack there of. We are within walking distance from North Ave, Brady St. and right on bus routes 30 and 15. The apartment is a little bit older (as alot of eastside places are) but is very pleasing to the eye and has a great location. All the tenants of the building are very friendly, but keep to themselves for the most part. We do have an occasional party here and there, but only when it is reasonable for all of us.
