We are not the cheapest, simply the best! As with most rooming houses, we offer rooms furnished with twin bed, dresser, minifridge, microwave, closet or wardrobe, Common Room with stove, sink, and laundry. Bathrooms are cleaned daily. A big plus is TV w/basic cable + HBO are included in each room. A $100.00 per week room has a Security Deposit of $100.00 as well as a Key Deposit of $25.00 bring the total to $225 the first week. Security & Key deposit are refunded after you move out with proper notice, the keys returned and the room is clean and without any damages. Bus Rts 8, 11, 15, 54 accross the street.
