I am actively seeking a roommate/ tenant for my current residence. I am looking to rent the lower portion of my home. I am renting one bedroom that is carpeted, the bedroom has a walk in closet and a full bath with tub and shower attached to the bedroom. Along with the bedroom there is a huge living space that could be used as a family room and/ or office area. The lower portion of the house also has a full size refrigerator with a freezer and a bar area for sitting. There is also a parking spot in the garage and a washer and dryer that can be utilized. In terms of a lease I am looking for a month to month term and a security deposit of one months rent. Please no pets. I am asking $600.00 a month and the tenant would also be responsible for ½ of the utility bills which include cable, AT &T, electric/gas, water/sewer (paid every three months) and garbage pickup (paid every three months).
