I am looking for someone to sublet my room in a two bedroom apartment in downtown Milwaukee. The unit is on the corner of Ogden and Van Buren. It has hardwood floors except for the kitchen and bathroom. Your room would be the biggest and though there is no closet there is a nice built in dresser and i would be able to leave my clothing rack for you. The apt is quiet and gets lots of sunlight. My roomate is a young professional male, I am a girl and he has lived w/ women in the past so male or female is no big deal. The rent is normally 412 however I am willing to take 100/month off the rent for each month that you would sublet from me. I really enjoyed living here, the apt is cute and vintage, we have really nice neighbors and the location is awesome, I am only leaving because I am moving to california. Parking is all on street, however you can get a permit for all day parking really easily from the Milwaukee police dept. and the area is very safe and well lit, so you dont need to worry about your car being broken into.
