I have a large 1st floor three bedroom flat on Downer. Myself as well as my one other roomate wish to move out by June, and are in need of two girls to take over our bedrooms. The bedrooms are both nice size with large closets. It's a great house located only 3 blocks from campus, and a half block from the CVS Pharmacy and Sendiks grocery store on Downer. The rent would be $450 per person, everything included.
