I am a 20-something female professional looking for someone to rent the upstairs of my house. The price includes heat/air, water, electricity, in-house laundry, 1 garage parking space and cable. Shared spaces include the kitchen, bath, living room, finished basement and yard. I have lived with both female and male roommates before. The house is right on the edge of Milwaukee/Wauwatosa and 2 blocks from Enderis Park, which has volleyball, tennis, a playing field and great activities like jazz in the park in the summer. Great neighborhood. I'd like someone who is easygoing and personable to share my home.
