$650 Need 1 roommate for 3 bedroom, 4 story, 2.5 bath townhouse (Downtown Brady and Cass)
I am looking for a roommate Male or Female to join my current roommate and myself in a 3 bedroom townhouse in downtown Milwaukee.
The townhouse has 4 stories, 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, 2 car garage and 4 spots in the driveway (huge for downtown!).
The townhouse is fully furnished and includes private deck and backyard with a gas grill and a charcoal grill.
We are both straight 26 year old males that work as mechanical engineers in the area. We work hard during the week but do enjoy going out to the bars or dinner with friends on the weekends. Neither one of us smoke or have pets.
The lease is a one year lease starting June 1st. Rent is $650/person per month plus utilities which on average run about $100/person per month. We have cable TV and wireless internet that are included in the $100.
