$500 31 yo grad student/professional seeking great roommate starting Aug/Se (east side/third ward/tosa)
Hey. I’m a 31 year old grad student (accounting) looking for roommate(s) starting either Aug 1-Sept 1. Preferably would like to find someone to share a *NICE* 2-3 bedroom place either near the East Side, Third Ward or Tosa - max $500-$600@. I'm also a full time professional, not home a lot, but when I am prefer things reasonably clean/quiet. Into sports (run, bike, ski, golf), the outdoors, music, enjoying summer in the city, traveling, etc. I'm super easy going, and get along well with just about anyone, but would be great if we shared some similar interests. Would be open to 1-2 male or female roommates, currently live alone, but have lived with both before. Just trying to save a little cash as my 1 bedroom is getting a little pricey. Age not so important – but I’d prefer someone relatively close to my age, or a mature college student. Financial responsibility is key.
