I’m looking for a ROOMMATE to share a 2 or 3 bedroom flat in Bayview. I currently do not have a place for rent, rather I’m looking for a ROOMMATE to start the search with for a spacious 2 or 3 bedroom in Bayview starting June 1st.
What I’m looking for in a housemate:
Clean, responsible, respectful
Male/Female (no preference)
Age: 27+
Ability to pay bills on time
Full time source of income
What I’m looking for in a rental:
2 or 3 bedrooms
1200 sq ft +
Price Range: $650-$900 (split two-way)
Bedrooms large enough to fit a queen bed & dresser
Closet / Storage space
Spacious Kitchen (w/ windows would be great!)
Dry basement for storage
(washer / dryer a plus, I would be willing to buy appliances!)
3rd Bedroom optional, could be used as shared office / work space
EXTRAS (but not mandatory)
Front / Rear porch
Backyard
Off-Street Parking
Quiet Neighborhood (no heavy traffic)
Wifi (not a necessity for me, however would pay half if mandatory
for you)
Cable (not big into TV, but would consider)
Other areas I would consider: Riverwest, Tosa, Washington Heights…my
first preference is for Bayview!
