My roommate is moving out next year and I really want to stay in this apartment so I am looking for someone to take over her room.
About the apartment: 450/month EVERYTHING included except for electric (which is about 11-15 each a month). Cable and internet also included in the price. On street parking and underground parking available for about 60/month. Air conditioned, small backyard area, coin laundry on the same floor. I have pretty much everything for the apartment except for living room furniture which she will be taking. (Willing to change things around if you have stuff you want to bring in). The room available is about 10X10. Plenty of storage in the apartment, and a storage unit in the garage, as well as a place to chain a bike. 1 block from the 30 bus. No dishwasher (unfortunately). Cats/small pets allowed for a security deposit and 15/month (To the apartment manager, not me). The apartment management company is very professional and takes care of things quickly. The lease starts on August 1st.
About me: Alea, almost 21, going to be a senior, studying Criminal Justice at UWM and work two jobs. Christian, don't smoke, do drugs or party. Slightly girly. Pretty quiet and clean and almost never have people over (especially not late at night). (I'm not quite such a stick in the mud as that makes me sound lol)
