Would you prefer a NON-SMOKING, NO PETS Professional? I've accepted a contract position at Metavante located just off N 107 St between W. Bradley Rd and W. Good Hope Rd. It would be great to find a room within 5 miles or so from there for about $350/month. I'm in my 50s, so you won't have loud music to worry about. Actually, in the short term, I'll only be there Sun-Thurs nights as I plan to head home to Charlotte each weekend.
My own bathroom would be a big plus, but I could share one with someone who works different hours. Furnished would also be a plus since I haven't brought any furniture with me. If there's no bed, I can bring an Aero Bed; however, if your room is unfurnished anything you can provide along the lines of a dresser, desk and/or TV stand would be appreciated. One thing I really need is a place with a high-speed internet connection. You'll find that I'm clean, responsible and friendly. If that also describes you, it should work out just fine.
