I current live in a 3 bedroom condo with one roommate named Jim. He is an emergency room physician in Waukesha. I am a full time student and I work full time as well. We are looking for a roommate to fill our third bedroom. Our old roommate left due to relocation for work.
Jim and I are very easy going, we are not home that often so you will have a lot of time to yourself. The condo is completely furnished. You would just need to bring furniture for your bedroom. Also the kitchen is fully stocked we do not need anything for it. There is plenty of storage space if you need it.
The price of 450$ includes all utilities, cable, and wireless internet.
Your room is a very nice size room with a spacious closet.
The area is really great. We are in a subdivision but a 5 minute drive from Applebee's, Walmart, Pick n Save, ect.
