Lovely two bedroom second floor house. Large kitchen with microwave, garbage disposal, fridge, and stove. Decent sized living room, and amazing private porch that extends the whole length of the house! Bathroom is remodeled with a stand up shower. I have recently been accepted to UW-Superior and will be starting there this Spring, so I need a subleaser for the remainder of my lease. I have a male roommate who is really never home so you will almost always have the place to yourself!
