Beautiful home in West Allis. We are looking for another roommate to fill the last room. Room is a tiny bit smaller than the rest, 10x10.5. House has hardwood floors, new bathroom, newer kitchen, laundry in basement, cable, wireless internet, fenced in backyard, accessible street parking, and safe, quiet neighborhood. We are looking for someone who is either a student or young professional, less than 30ish. We are all employed and very responsible. We don't mind people in the house but like to keep it clean and tidy. I have a dog who is 11 years old and very sweet and mellow. $400 for rent which includes utilities.
