Hello there, I am looking for a sub-leaser to take my spot on the lease starting in January 2010 -August 2010. I am transferring schools and I am looking for a girl who would be interested in moving in here. Our house is wonderful, we are right on Maryland so very close to UWM campus, only about a 10min walk to Merrill hall which is the furthest building from our house. The kitchen is new, new windows, very clean, and very beautiful house. The girls in the house are very sweet, they don't drink but they are fun loving and genuine :) My room is the biggest in the house, but unfortunately there is no closet. I share the room right now with my friend but she is getting married in December :) so she will be gone. Please let me know if you are interested.
Rent is 350 and other expenses are around 40 dollars a month (water, heat, electric, cable, and internet).
