I recently subleased into a 3 bedroom flat in Wauwatosa. Now that the lease is done the other two living here are deciding to move. So I need two roommates starting ASAP. The rent is $333.00 per month and it includes only water. Between utilities, cable and internet, the total comes out to $400. The apartment is very nice, big, and modern. There is a dishwasher, laundry and dryer (no coins), a large dining and living room area, a spare bedroom, parking included, and two baths. I am a 23 year old male currently in grad school at UWM. I am very easy-going, like to keep a clean place, and respect other people's space. I am looking for someone very similar to that, either male or female.
