I am looking to rent out my room in a house on the 2600 block of Farwell. The lease started in September, but we would still be able to put your name directly on the lease (This would NOT be a sublease). A little about the place- It is a very nice, well-kept house located 4 blocks from campus and four from North Ave.. There are 4 bedrooms upstairs from a nice sized kitchen and living room. The rent is 350 a month, which is very cheap for the area. Utilities are not included, however cable/internet/and electric combined total around 30-35 per month. (Is lower in the summer- so this includes the heat, which is electric). There is off street parking in the back (included in rent), and coin op laundry in the basement (dollar wash, dollar dry) The other 3 tenants are UWM women in their early twenties. The bedroom itself is not huge, but can comfortably fit a desk, tv, and full size bed. The closet in the bedroom is a walk in closet though!
I am planning to move out by the end of this month, and am hoping for someone who would like to move in in November, but let me know either way and we can work something out.
