I'm looking to sublet my bedroom for a 2 BR apt. Lease is over May 1 but can be extended month by month after May 1.
The apartment is huge with a big kitchen w/dishwasher, dinning room w/ china cabinets, large entry hallway, a study/studio, large living room and 1 bathroom. The bedroom for rent is big enough for a king size bed and desk/dresser. Washer/dryer in basement. Bedroom also has a massive closet. The whole place is recently refurnished with nice woodwork.
Great location for North Ave and Brady st. bars. Blocks from the lake.
Preferably looking for a male in 20's-30's but a female roommate is fine. The other roommate is a senior at MU. He is reasonably clean, he smokes (but always outside), and is very easy to get along with.
