Looking for one person to share my 3 bedroom upper duplex in Bay View
Great location, across the street from South Shore park and the lake, just a few minutes to the lake parkway (794)
Very convenient for someone who works downtown ( I do, and it takes me 8 minutes to get there)
Also great for people who work at or around the airport. "Crash-pad" friendly for potential pilots, too.
$450 per month. 1/2 total as you'd share w/just me.
Age, Male or female doesn't matter, i've lived w/both. I'm 43 and a guy. Just looking for someone responsible, regular income and relatively clean.
Officially available now, just looking for the right roommate so flexible on move-in date.
Last roommate moved out of state, but I'm staying here. I've been here 3 years now and the place is too nice to leave, especially with the park across the street
Landlords live downstairs and keep the place meticulously clean.
Apartment mostly furnished, except for open bedroom. Flexibility for other furniture though.
3rd bedroom shared mutually as office or possibly guest room too.

* Easy access to 794 and downtown just minutes away. Airport just a few minutes south also via Lake Parkway.

* Parking not included, but easy street parking in front of house.
* Farmer's market in summer across the street !
* Mostly carpeted, lots of crown moulding and woodwork gives the place lots of character (pics to show sent upon request)
* Nice size living room looks out to the park and lake
* Front porch also looks east, perfect place to lounge and grill out (I have a gas grill too)
* Very safe, nice neighborhood in Bay View. Lots of variety of people who live around here, families, singles, etc.
* Couple blocks from KK Ave business district, lots of bars, restaurants, shops.
* No smoking apartment.
* Landlord just approved dog for me, but no additional pets allowed. So, must love dogs.
* Month-to-month lease, but looking for someone for 6 months to a year or longer (no moving in late fall or winter months)
* Washer / Dryer included, lots of storage space as well.
ABOUT YOU;
* Again, age or gender doesn't matter. Just looking for a nice, easy-going person to live and share expenses.
* Be responsible, non-smoker, regular income (steady job). Credit/background check required.
* Not a partyer, but no problem having friends and family over at all.

* Like to veg at home, tv, hang out, whatever. Night owl, but quiet.
