I am exmploring the option of renting out my second bedroom in my Bayview home. The house is furnished, and the bedroom is (but furniture can be stored in basement). Off street parking, washer/dryer; rent includes utilities! Rent could be month-month or from now until June or July of 2010.
About me: professional female, mid 20's. Working full-time and attending graduate school part-time. I have a small dog (Shiba Inu); I enjoy going out/being social but also having quiet nights.
