My credit has taken quite a hit due to our divorice. She has also cleaned me out when it comes to property. I am buying all new furniture and things to fill the house so i'm looking for a move-in cost to be cheap .. or at least having the option to spread large sec. deposits over a few months. My family is relocating to the Milwaukee area. Before we purchase a house, we'd like to rent for a year or two until we get to know the area better. We're looking for a home that can accomodate 2 adults, 3 children and two retrievers. In addition, we have two outside dogs. We understand this could be difficult to find given the dogs (ages 8, 8, 7 and 3), but I'm going to try. We are willing to put up a reasonably significant security deposit, if necessary, to insure the owner that we will cover/fix any damage that MAY be caused by our dogs. I'm not saying that there would be, to be honest, the two indoor retrievers are pretty lazy dogs!) but we understand the concern owners have with renting to people with pets.

We're considering Brookfield Academy and ULS as schools for our children (5,3 and 3 mos) so we're looking to live in the Hartland, Brookfield, Sussex, Merton area. Of course we'd consider other areas too, just preferably close to those schools.

I am looking to rent a parking spot or garage spot on a monthly basis. I'd like to start renting as early as November 1, and will rent through March at least. I live on Lincoln and parking is difficult, I take the bus to work so there are many days where I do not drive my car at all so I'd prefer to just keep it in one spot instead of moving it across the street every day for night parking.
