* Small sales background preferred, comfortable to learn and use sales tactics to persuade store management to allow new item cut-in's, display placement and communicating solutions. Merchandising background is a plus.
* Must have a computer, printer and internet access.
* Must have basic computer skills and comfortable with using applications to report information. Daily access to a MS 2000 compatible computer with internet capabilities
* Calling on Mass stores (Target, Walmart) and be available to work M-F between 7:00am-4:00pm.
* Must have a desire to be part of a team and participate in sending photos and comments on store/product conditions.
* Must have reliable transportation and able to transport small amount of required materials to be used in store calls.
* Needs to possess organizational and planning skills
* Bonus incentives are paid out based on 100% execution and the speed to shelf on our new items.
* Call on stores in Wausau, Marshfield, Stevens Point, Wisonsin Rapids, Merrill, New London, Rhinelander, Shawano and Antigo, Wisonsin. This position offers approximately 46 hours per month. Must have a somewhat flexible schedule.
* Position entails calling on Target and Walmart stores representing Crossmark's, Johnson & Johnson Consumer Healthcare Division, working with Store Personnel to assure placement of our product on the sales floor, placing missing signage and engaging store personnel to allow you the opportunity to complete assigned tasks.
