I have a 20,000 lb winch that I'm looking to sell. The unit is in great shape. It's a worm gear winch with the cable. There is also a capstan drum off the side. If you've never used the capstan drive, they're even better than a winch because you can easily control the pulling speed. The winch is set up for a chain drive so it could be hooked up to a PTO or hydraulic pump. Braden has diagrams on their site showing how to do this.
