That wonderful temperament? Then please look no further as I am here. My name is Max. I am a very handsome 5 yr old, 60 lb black lab. I am even neutered and utd on all vaccinations. I am hw tested (negative) and on preventative.

You can tell from my first picture I am quite a lover! I really like being around my people. I also LOVE playing with balls. I even know how to bring it back to you and drop it. Just so we can do it all over again. This is my favorite thing to do besides spending time with my humans.

When I first came to rescue I did not know what it was like to live inside a home. My previous owner had me out door in a kennel all the time. Let me tell you......I REALLY like to be indoors with my foster family. I am behaved inside of the home even though I like to follow you around a little bit.

I am a passive boy and good with other dogs. I am also good with cats. So I can go to a home with either a dog or cat. I am also housebroken which is a great thing. Also I know commands like sit and come. I am doing really well of lead. I need to work on my leash manners a little more but that will not take long as I really aim to please. I just want to be next to my person that I will just adore. My foster mom is working with me on wait and stay. Which I am improving on and doing this on a daily basis. I really respond well to positive reinforcement. Also I do not jump up on people which is a really good thing.

This is what my foster mom has to say about me.

Lie down to Max means throwing himself on his back on the floor (anticipating a belly rub). He's improving on wait and stay. He'll fetch and drop it til the cows come home. He shares, if another dog gets to the ball first, he'll try to find a way to get it back but will not fight over it. Max has been wonderful with our cats. He barely acknowledges their existence. He always lies at my feet in the living room or next to my side of the bed at night, following me into the bathroom to rest his head on my knees, staring up into my eyes.

Yes, he realizes he has been given a second, better life. What he doesn't know is that it still gets better ...

I am a grad student starting at UWM June 1st and I am looking to get some exercise and earn some pocket money over the summer, both while bettering the life of your dog! My family always had golden retrievers while I was growing up, and since I've moved I often find myself hankering for a furry friend of my own, however my new apartment doesn't allow dogs!

I will take your dog for a brisk walk, minus some tree-sniffing and potty breaks. I will also, of course, clean up after your dog :) My class schedule is limited to Tuesdays and Thursdays for the summer, so I am available five days per week.

I do have a wee bit of experience with dog training from participating in the Dog Obedience courses with the Sheboygan County 4-H Project many years ago...so I can work on your dog's leash etiquette if need be, but again, I'm no expert.

I would really prefer friendly dogs and those that aren't escape-artists. I don't know what constitutes a "professional" dog-walker, but I'm looking for relatively easy gigs. By no means do I want to worry about the possibility of chasing after your pet! (I have never been a fast runner)

is very good with kids of all ages. She needs to go to a house where
the toilet seat cover is always left open because she pees on the
toilet. If the bathroom is in use she will wait by the door. If the
door is closed she will use the litter box, but prefers the toilet.
The other cat was a rescue cat that was thrown to the side of a road
up north. She needs a home where there is always a lap to sit on. You
don't even have to pet her to make this one purr. She would do better
with older or no kids, but does ok with our 6 year old. Please let me

Introduce the dog to the SMELLS associated with babies. Powder, baby oil, baby formula, etc.

Introduce the dog to the SOUNDS associated with babies. Get a doll that crys and wiggles and walk around the house carrying that.

Get the dog used to the new rule - if someone is holding the baby the dog needs to NOT jump up (if your dog is a jumper).

Our Plans:

Spring Yard cleaning - This option is generally used when the snow
melts or if your yard has become overrun with your dogs business. Trust
us, YOU ARE NOT ALONE!!!!

Weekly Yard Cleaning - Depending on the number of dogs and
the frequency at which you want it done, our weekly cleaning rates can
fit into any budget.


Cat box Cleanings - Rate per Box. This can be a disgusting and messy job.
We are glad to do it for you. Old Litter will be disposed of and fresh
litter will be added. Boxes will be cleaned with Antibacterial Soap and
Water. Please note that this price includes the new cat litter.


Companionship – Rates per Week - Weekday companionship/bathroom breaks are
available for your dogs by appointment only. We will take your dogs to the
back yard and spend 20 minutes with him or her throwing a ball around or
doing whatever is the activity of choice. When animals chew and mess in
the house it is often times the result of boredom and being alone for long
periods of time. We can help break this cycle and improve the quality of
your pet’s life. Consider giving this cheaper alternative a try before you
put your dog in a money machine like doggy day care. This can also be
requested on a daily basis.


Fish tank Cleanings - Owning fish is a real pleasure and a huge
accent to any room. However, if not properly cared for then Algae builds
up and that room accent becomes an eye sore. We can keep your tank looking
sharp and clear.

I have been riding for 14 years and have experience with spirited horses & not so calm horses. I however prefer to work with calm, sound horses. I do not care about breed,age,gender. I am availible during the week Monday-Thursday, anytime. I work at a factory from 7am until 7 pm Fridays Saturdays and Sundays. I am hoping to stay somewhat close to home, anywhere in Ozaukee County, I live in Port Washington.

I miss being around them and am not able to lease a horse at the time, due to a money situation, but eventually I do want to lease out again. Maybe in exchange for lunging,grooming,mucking out stalls or whatever I could ride your horse? Like I said I am not looking to be paid for this. Just in return I would like to ride again, I know English & western. I prefer English, but am completely satisfied with western.

They make great pets for children, as they are frequently played with and used to being handled :)

I have them in solid black, grey, and sand colors.
