Does this fit you? Office Administrative Assistant Needed! (Shorewood)
Here are some things you would be responsible for:
* Answering all incoming telephone calls
* Coordinate and Schedule Realtor showing appointments
* Enter and maintain property listing information on websites
* Coordinate reports for management
* Assist with other assorted duties as assigned
Here's what we are looking for:
* Positive Attitude
* Extreme Attention to detail
* Strong sense of customer service in a team environment
* Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel is preferred (we will train on all other software)
* Experience with Firefox
