Insurance Service/Sales, State Farm Insurance (Germantown)
compensation: depends on experience
Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
Establish client relationships and follow up with customers, ie. claim & payment handling.
Work with the agent and team members to establish and meet marketing goals.
Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
Property/ Casualty Insurance License(must be able to obtain)
Life/Health Insurance License (must be able to obtain)
Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs
Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
Pride in getting work done accurately and timely
Ability to work in a team environment
Ability to multi-task
Ability to explain complex financial issues in understandable terms
