Fruity Loops software help. (milwaukee)

I posted an ad for this before but got no serious replies. I'm looking for someone in the milwaukee area who knows the fruity loops software and can teach it to me. I have the producer XL edition and I can't make sense of it. My main interest is in making Trance Music tracks. If you can help me please send a response. serious replies only !!!! Thanks.
