Fun, new, "no drama" 3 piece seeks female vocals/keyboards for upcoming gig and possibly beyond. Playing May 25th on the mainstage at BobFest 2008 in Spring Green, WI. Rehearse Tuesdays from 5:30 to 7:30 pm and Saturdays from 1-3 pm. Got a groovy sound going on currently, but would love keys and female vocals to round things out. For this gig, it might be mostly background vocals, but would love to share lead vocals if that works out. No pay, but transportation and lodging provided.
BobFest is an extremely fun event with a laid-back vibe, but a very attentive audience of a couple hundred folks or thereabouts. We all have day jobs and don't see this as our ticket to fame or anything ridiculous like that -- but we're invested in creating great music and keeping it exciting and lively for the audience.
