FOUND-Disabled Parking Permit (Brookfield)

I found a disabled parking permit outside the Maplewood Exective Center on Sunnyslope Rd in Brookfield on April 1st. I posted a sign in the building, but so far have had no response. Before I return it to the DOT, I would like to return it to its rightful owner.
You must show proof of permit with paperwork and correct number before I will give it to you.
