We provide a very clean (daily sanitation), very secure and nurturing learning environment for children. In addition to the classroom web-cams, we provide a lunch room, 6,000 square foot outdoor playground and an indoor large muscle room when weather does not permit outdoor play.
Parents utilize our Flex-Scheduling for their changing and sometimes part-time working requirements. Our center is open 6am - 6pm Monday-through Friday.
Children are cared for and taught by teachers with Associates and Bachelors degrees in Early Childhood Development. A creative curriculum is utilized for learning. WHAT SETS ME APART FROM THE “AVERAGE NANNY”: I view my role as a nanny as the encourager, supporter, educator/mentor, and “friend.” I am not someone you hire to simply “watch” your children. I spend hours custom creating monthly themes in which all crafts, activities, field trips, events, ect. reflect the theme. Each and every day there are new planned activities and outings (you receive a copy of my lesson plans). I keep a log of all food they were given, and how well they ate, any medications administered, any really great thing you should have seen, and anything else that would need to be brought to your attention. I have a wonderful “responsibility chart” in which the children (and parents) come up with a structure of things that they would like to work on, and be praised for. I then implement those points onto a chart where we can track our progress, and be proud of where we were are (and even earn some pretty cool things!). I also will do any shopping for groceries (or any other errands to that extent). I am NOT a housekeeper-but I definitely respect the condition of your home when I arrived, and you can rest assured I will return it that way before I leave (i.e. any dishes I used, toys, craft mess, ect.)
