The successful applicant will hold at least a bachelors degree and will be fluent in American Sign Language and English. While a degree in social work, vocational rehabilitation, human resources, or interpreting is preferred, all individuals with a strong passion for helping individuals with disabilities are encouraged to apply regardless of degree specialization. The successful applicant should also have experience and work that shows a developed relationship with the area Deaf and Hard-of-Hearing community.<br>

The successful applicant will work with both hearing and Deaf clients to help those clients find employment, gain the skills necessary for employment, and learn how to apply successfully for a job. A Job Development Specialist:<br>
