We carry renters insurance and we would enjoy any lawn care. We are not afraid of a little hard work and have no problems with maintenance and repairs. We’ll even take care of snow removal.

(One is a german shepherd/lab mix (4 years old), the other is a yellow lab (5 years old)) We've always paid our mortgage on time and have decent credit. There is NO WAY I could go back to living in the dorms so I've been looking around to see what rooms/apartments/sublets/etc were in walking distance of Mount Mary. I would be a perfect sublet while your roomie is off studying abroad, or in any other setting! If you already have a place, thats great! Or, if you too are looking for a place, I've been looking into one or two apartments myself.

I like to stay quite busy, and I promise I will stay out of your way. For example right now here in Green Bay, I have three jobs, I donate plasma two times a week, I have a 15 credit course load and I like to attempt to have a social life as well : )

I'm a pretty quite person and my experience with living with rather intrusive roommates has made me respect other people's privacy and property A LOT. I'm good about doing my own dishes, and although sometimes my day can be chaiotic and I leave a few items laying around, I'm good about picking up quite regularary and I am also more then willing to get down and dirty cleaning!

I also love to bake, and share whatever the sweet happens to be!

We can afford a place that will total $850/month with all utilities. So, if the rent is $675 a month and includes only water and heat.. we will be able to afford cable and electricity. We have a cat that we would like to bring with us, but if we can't bring her... we wont. The most important thing is we have a good landlord! My fiance will be working for a mattress company (home delivery) based in Franklin and I am in the process of transferring my job to Brookfield, so we are looking for a place somewhere close to that!
