My current situation is that I got hired as a long term music teacher for a teacher who may or may not be returning at the end of January. It is a delicate matter involving serious health issues and so I will not know for sure until that time comes closer. Right now we live in a great house that we love but this sort of stuff seems to keep happening so it is time to move on. We by any means do not want to put our current landlord in a compromising position by leaving in the middle of winter and what not.

I work for a Real Estate company who also does leasing so I am aware of the rules and regulations regarding being a tenant and I abide by them. I take care of the places I live in and keep them clean.

It would be nice if the place had gas stove ( cause I like to cook), dishwasher (not necessary but would be nice), laundry on site, additional storage and parking.

I am looking for a place in Waukesha for between $300-$400 a month. My current situation is that I got hired as a long term music teacher for a teacher who may or may not be returning at the end of January. It is a delicate matter involving serious health issues and so I will not know for sure until that time comes closer. I have also applied for other long term positions in the area that could very well open up more possibilities. I know for sure I'll be here until the end of January.

I would like to find a place where I could negate signing a lease until I knew for sure how long I'd be in Waukesha. I'm willing to have my references checked or whatever you need to feel secure.
