I am listing a gas furnace that I just removed from my house. I removed my chimney so I had to buy a direct vent unit. The furnace works great and I was using up until 2 weeks ago to heat my house. The pictures look a little rough but with the panels installed it looks great. I believe it is a 70,000 BTU unit.
