Currently, our daughter is enrolled in Franklin so that would be preferred, but Greenfield, New Berlin, West Allis, South Milwaukee-those would all be possibilities for us. We need a fridge and stove but do not require a dishwasher-I'm accustomed to hand washing dishes-even when I have one LOL And a washer and dryer in the apartment or basement would be really helpful.

We are looking to stay between $900-1000

We have a 6 year old girl and a 9 month old boy. We are looking for a nice place for our family for a year or 2 until we buy a house of our own. We are a very very clean family. The place we have lived in for 2 years will go fast when we find a place, we took great care of the apt. so it doesnt need much cleaning to rent out again. Our manager now knows how we live so we dont need much notice to move. We have been looking now because with our son we need more room, we have a very nice 2 bd now and really like it but its too small. 1000 sq. ft. The places we have looked at are afraid to take our dog. We have a black Lab, 3 years old. This dog is perfect, he has never caused any damage or had any accidents, Very well trained. The dog is very well liked by children and other adults. We are willing to put an extra deposit for the dog if need be, (we are not worried about any problems). We are just looking for a nice place for our family to live.

We are commited to an apartment lease until March of 2009, but need to give notice by January 1. Could possibly move in a month earlier. I know that I am posting this ad quite a bit early, but I figure it doesn't hurt to get out there and start looking!

We both have been at our places of employment for over 15 years. I work at a local hospital and my fiance works for a successful company. We also have a small dog named Murphy who weighs 25 pounds and is very sweet. He is three years old, is potty trained and has attended obedience school. He is also crate trained for the small amounts of time he is left home alone, and gets plenty of exercise. See pic below.

We are willing to pay between $600-800.00. If heat is included we could pay a little more! We are also willing to perform all yardwork and snow removal. We are not party people, but do like to have family/friends over for cookouts/get-togethers on occasion. We will keep your property neat and clean, and treat it with respect.
