not too picky about location
I can't handle a cold place in the winter so no drafty, century old walls that don't connect to the floorboards anymore please. I don't mind putting a little work into weatherproofing a place, I just don't want lost causes that will never be warm.
Ample storage space will get the most interest, I would love access to a large basement or attic.
large windows and/or lots of natural light is a huge plus.
Decent kitchen is a huge plus.
Nothing above a bar please.
