$750 NEED APT - 2 bedroom, city of Milwaukee, PET FRIENDLY (Milwaukee)
We are a young couple looking for an apartment for June 1. Our price range is about $750, but we could go up to $800 for the right place.
We are getting married in August - so he's moving in June 1, and I'm moving in with my son on August 1. We'll both be on the lease and responsible for the rent from day 1.
We already have a middle-aged cat and a pet tarantula. Before you get all phobic on us, Bluebell is kept in a cage AT ALL TIMES with 6 locks (no kidding). She does not roam free, nor is she "out to get you." She hangs out in her log and eats crickets (not people), and is actually quite charming once you get to know her.
We are also going to get a puppy once we're married. The dog (hopefully a lab) will be trained to hunt, so it will be a highly trained dog bred for this type of "job." No pitbulls or other breeds with a bad reputation.
We have good rental references, fair-to-decent credit (we're working on it), no criminal history, and a combined income of over $70K a year.
Because of my job, I have to live within the CITY of Milwaukee. Looking anywhere within the city where I would feel safe walking around.
We're hoping to get some responses to save us some time. We're serious about renting quickly, and have a 1-month deposit in hand, and we're just plain nice people.
