If you are looking for the perfect tenants, search no further!! My partner and I are looking for a house, townhouse, or duplex to rent, (December, January or February)preferrably in Milwaukee County. I just want to make aware we do have two Boxer dogs, BUT, I can assure they do not cause damage and they are the sweetest loving dogs ever, COMPLETELY house trained, extremely friendly and loveable, and they rarely bark! Ok, more about the house we are looking for, we were hoping to find something newer, either to rent or even rent to own option, if it's not a newer house, we would kind of prefer it to be atleast updated. Must have appliances and washer dryer(atleast hookups). If the house is not updated, we would hope that you would be willing to let us re-do(at our cost) (flooring, painting), we are extremely handy and have experience in some renovating past homes we have lived in. A little about us: We are both in our late twenties, we are not the type to have parties, we rarely have house guests, NON SMOKERS, one of us is a shift manager at ALDI's and the other one owns a commercial cleaning business. We are able to do snow shoveling, yard work(grass cutting, weed trimming, ect). To be forthcoming and honest, we both have a little bit of shakey credit from past mistakes when we were younger, BUT, we are NEVER late on rent, that will always be a number one priority. Ok!
