We are a reliable couple looking for a 1 or 2 bedroom apartment for 12/12/09. We are moving from FLto WI and need to get everything situated before we move. I have been non-stop searching on craigslist for about 3 weeks and I either don't get an e-mail back, there is no picture or e-mail to contact the person, or it is an all together fake listing! We will both be going to school and working full-time. My fiance has a full-time job already up there and I am in the process of transfering my job.
We can afford a place that will total $850/month with all utilities. So, if the rent is $675 a month and includes only water and heat.. we will be able to afford cable and electricity. We have a cat that we would like to bring with us, but if we can't bring her... we wont. The most important thing is we have a good landlord! My fiance will be working for a mattress company (home delivery) based in Franklin and I am in the process of transferring my job to Brookfield, so we are looking for a place somewhere close to that!
