. I am a single mother of two looking for a home in a two or three bedroom home with a garage. I have verifiable income and I am willing to put down a security deposit that is negotiable if you are willing to rent to me. I did have a poor rental experience that ended up in an eviction in my past. Because of this I am willing to negotiate putting down double the security deposit as a gesture of good faith.
