I need an studio or one bedroom apartment, with inside parking, or on sight parking for 500-650 per month. I have a great renters history and am forced to leave my current apartment because of water leakage. I am a graduate student, no loud parties, etc. Mostly study, not much else. I would be an ideal tenant. I want an apartment with parking and preferably on the lower eastside or near Marquette.
